After preplanning is complete, a baseline project schedule is available using Project Scheduling Software. The schedule will include manpower/resource allocation, activity start/end date, and in some cases, a “cost-loaded”

schedule.

Activity sequences are monitored continuously, and the schedule logic modified accordingly. As scope of work changes due to change orders,
etc., the schedule is updated to reflect the changes.

An initial project material control will include: a general estimate, requisitions, purchase orders, receiving, inventory, issuing and monthly project reports.

B & K has advanced capabilities to manage the status, handling and inventory of the material control demands. In addition, we have

an array of vendors and suppliers that are capable of meeting those demands as a result of our long-standing relationship and excellent
credit history.
